Ordered off the Lunch Specials menu. The Delicato Italian on focaccia was really tasty. The bread was toasted and fresh. Though from a neatness pov, I would say that three sauces/oils are too much for a sandwich: a roasted red pepper aioli, mustard, oil from the cherry peppers. Could do without the mustard. Still good though. Also came with a sausage soup. The quick service from our waitress Nina and fast order to serving time makes this a great place to grab a quality lunch if you have an hour break for lunch.

Bertucci's... Where have you been, all my life? *a la Rihanna* No, but seriously, I seriously found a hidden gem here. Recently I heard of Bertucci's through a friend who is a native Floridian. It seems that this chain restaurant is extremely popular down there and comparable to Olive Garden. Honestly, I think Bertucci's needs to get on the come up because it's WAYYYYYYY better than Olive Garden. So, what kind of food does Bertucci's have on their menu? Yes, they have Italian dishes on their menu along with a few American staples (think apps), but their brick oven pizza is where it's at! Okay, so what's the good, the bad, & the ugly? THE GOOD: - Free appetizer for checking on Yelp! Say what?!? Yes, explore away at that appetizer menu and try something out. - EXCELLENT service & attention to the customer. - Brick oven wings were the bomb.com ! - As soon as you're seated your server will bring over a salad with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, olives, and cheese. It was light & refreshing. - Once you're done with the salad, be prepared to try some of Bertucci's FRESH oven baked bread, which comes with a delicious olive oil and spice blend for dipping. Yum! Seriously, the bread was REALLYYYY good and it made me forget my whole 'carbs are the enemy' spiel. - Plenty of seating. - You'll feel like you've been whisked away to your grandparent's rather large estate in Italy. The ambiance really has this home-y feeling plus the rather old pictures adorning the establishment add to that. THE BAD: No complaints here! THE UGLY: Be careful when ordering a pizza, I was informed a small size would be enough for 1 person. However, after indulging in a few bread baskets and the salad, along with the appetizer, a small can really be shared among 2 people. If you're hungry... then knock yourself out & go for that small! In conclusion... if you haven't had the best experience with chain restaurants then Bertucci's is the place for you!

Food was amazing!! Service not so much... Not one manager in sight! I went to a party on a Sunday and everything seemed ok until the entire party arrived. They put us towards the back of the restaurant and we barely had enough room to move. They had one long table of 30 people against the wall and another two tables of 10 right behinds us. We had to pull the larger table off the wall so the guests could get to their seats which made the aisle a one way street. This obviously cause a lot of problems throughout the party with our guests getting up and down and the servers trying to serve the food. The servers never let us know what was going on as far as drinks. First they said wine was included then they started telling us we had to pay because she didn't have "wine package". I've worked in plenty of restaurants and we ALWAYS make it clear what is included and what is not. This was very discouraging considering I paid for my first drink which was a cocktail and planned on getting wine after that (which I thought was included) Another thing I noticed was that they served us all of our food (pasta, eggplant, and green beans) then after we were almost finished with our meals they brought out Parmesan cheese.. I don't want that with my dessert!! I would have loved it with my pasta though. After working in the restaurant business for over 7 years I can see how unorganized and terrible the service was. Also not once during this four hour party did I notice a manager walking around at all. Not one person in charge of our party or the dining room.. Very disappointing!

My new favorite lunch place. The staff are super friendly. The bread that comes with the meal is amazing! It's so warm and soft you can't help but to ask for more. I had the four cheese ravioli which was amazing. It was a little undercooked for my liking and that is why I give this review four stars instead of five. He had the pizza and although he did not like me try it so that I could report back to all the yelpers.... He said it was pretty awesome so I guess that's counts. We waited 0.00 minutes to be seated. Maybe 2 minutes before the waiter greeted us which was okay because she came bearing gifts (free salad and bread) They are priced very good, very modern atmosphere and all staff makes you feel right at home. I will be back!!!

Have you ever been to Bertuccis? If the answer is no, get your ass down here immediately. If the answer is yes, why the hell aren't you still here? Food is delicious, the service was nothing short of fantastic. Everyone is really nice and the stuffed mushrooms are soooo freakin good.

Very good for chain italian food. Pizzas are very good and the option of whole wheat crust is nice. Meals are also very good, though some feel a bit overpriced for what you are getting. Only downside is some of the staff is a little less than stellar and you have to ask for things multiple times and make sure take out orders have all the extras(forks, knives, oil, grated cheese, etc)

We just loved Bertucci's. Everything was was excellent from soup to nuts. We will definitely come back again. A++

The good: Free appetizer just for checking in, friendly staff (only reason this place gets 3 stars instead of 2) The bad: Not great Italian food (their pizza may be better?) I arrived early and the hostess sat me despite the remainder of my party not being present. The waiter immediately came over and took a drink order from me. He returned promptly with my drink (red sangria) and three glasses of water. When my friends arrived we ordered the free app (spinach and artichoke dip) and perused the menu. As all of us enjoy seafood we were happy to see that they had a specialty menu stating "Summer Seafood Feast". There was luscious lobster and shrimp covering the entrees on the menu. I ordered the lobster and shrimp risotto, one friend ordered the lobster and shrimp scampi and other friend ordered shrimp rosini. OK... here goes- Red Sangria: typically a favorite of mine but this lacked the fruit filled flavor of a good sangria S and A dip: eh, just ok . This app is best suited for 2-3 people at best. It was covered with diced tomatoes which I am not accustomed but did not 'hurt' the dish. Shrimp risotto: what was immediately noticeable was that I had just a bite (being very literal) of lobster on my dish (same with my friends order) with several shrimp so needless to say I was disappointed. Additionally, the risotto seemed a little overdone and did not have much flavor. So for the price, def not worth it. Lobster and shrimp scampi: Though this was not my order I could not help but notice the lack of lobster and that the sauce was extremely watery! I sampled this dish and unfortunately I was again disappointed. Lacked the desired scampi flavor. Shrimp rosini: while I did not sample this, the kitchen made an error and prepared the wrong dish so though the other 2 dishes were ready we waited for the correct dish to be prepared. The friends I was with frequent this place very often and they like it a lot...I unfortunately was not impressed and would be hard pressed to come again.

First and foremost the free appetizer from Yelp and a coupon from coupons.com made this three stars. The service from my perspective was ok, no free salad when we sat down, but that was fine. The pizza dough for the kids to play with along with the crayons was a nice plus. The bread and olive oil was good, and their pizza was done just right. The place was cold both temperature wise and also from a feel perspective. A nice ceiling as opposed to exposed tin and painted ducts would make this place feel a bit warmer. Their Caesar salad had a bit of a funky taste to it, but again the pizza was very good. I would go back with the coupons again, but at full price, there are many better options.

We went with a party of 15 for Mothers Day..our server Chris was great..for appetizers everyone shared a Margherita pizza, bruschetta and the Bertucci sampler..the pizza was really good, the other appetizers were just ok..I ordered the Cod Putenesca which was surprising good, and an order of the grilled veggies that were also good..but the portion of fish was quite small since the person sitting next to me ordered the same dish and her's was twice the size.. I showed our server and he quickly had them make me another piece of cod..other people in the party had chicken Marsala which they enjoyed.. Overall experience was good..

Ate here for the first time ever a few weeks ago to celebrate an occasion and had mixed feelings about my experience from start to finish. Upon arriving I noticed the bar area set up was odd so if it was ever busy you would have to squeeze through to reach the host Stand for a table. The floor plan was also odd and the entirety of the restaurant simply could have been designed to be much more functional. Details like music volume and lighting were overlooked and there were crumbs on table tops and seats. Too much sour in the margaritas but the specialty coctails were well balanced. Food was average taste with big portions but lacked the needed attention to detail. Server seemed to know the menu but was clearly new and not trained on service techniques which was clear when he served drinks over the wall of the booth we were in. The food runner also handed my guests the plates lol hopefully he knows now to place the plates on the table and has been trained on plate positioning. At the end I told the server to put 100 on one card and the rest on another. He charged the whole bill on one card and 100 on another and when I told him he got a manager who also seemed young and inexperienced. The manager who was also young and inexperienced incorrectly authorized the cards a second time and tried to explain that although my slip said an incorrect amount I could just sign and it would be ok....NO.... I had to get up and close out my own check the right way on their micros and teach the manager who was clearly embarrassed but hopefully payed attention. .. I will return for drinks eventually which is why I gave 3 stars but will pay cash.

Well what can I say about Bertuccis?? They have some awesome pizza. The only downside to this place is that they only give you one roll per person. I mean you really can't give hungry people 1 roll and expect them to be satisfied! (At least in my book lol). They give you a great olive oil dipping sauce with red pepper flakes and these amazing hot rolls. Last time I went there my pizza was a little undercooked I had to send it back to crisp up a little bit but other than that I had a great waiter named Anthony who was hilarious. Two thumbs up for Bertuccis keep up the good work.

Without question, this is the WORST restaurant on Long Island. No one who actually likes real Italian food eats at this dump. You go there and get canned Ragu and frozen entrees, that I won't even feed to my dog. This place should be renamed, "Salt", because it truly is a big bag of sodium. You will be drinking water for at least two days to wash away the preservatives from your frozen dinner. We have been overcharged nearly every time I've been there, leading to another 10 minutes of waiting to get it fixed. One time after making us wait to adjust the bill, the manager came over, apologized, and said, "How about a dessert guys, I'm very sorry". We took him up, split the dessert, and got our bill...with the dessert on it. NEVER again.

Good night !! Food was great ...as it is normally when I come. Staff is friendly. And management is always on point. Can tell the manager cares about the environment.

Have always liked it here. Good food and good value.

I happen to love this place and this location. I have Celiacs and I am Gluten free and they offer many items GF for me. They also have a changing menu which I really appreciate. My favorite that if they ever get rid of I'll cry is the Tuscan Veggies. Service is hit and miss, and don't ever order food when they open at 11, it takes forever. All the new seasonal items with the beets and the squash are amazing. and I got the risotto without the shrimp and it was so amazing. I wish I was back in Long Island, and I never say that.

horrible service. bertuccis are going down the tubes. super disappointed!! never returning

Been to this location two times. Never had an issue getting a table, the place is clean with not bad staff. Nothing out of the ordinary and nothing exceptional. They have a good selections of food.

Worst service ever! Appetizer (meatballs) were cold & took about 20 minutes for the plate to make it to our table, 2 minutes later our Entrées arrived so it wasn't like we had time to ask for the kitchen to heat them again anyways. Our waitress was no where to be found until she finally decided to walk past our table and offer to wrap up our food. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, sorry.

Came here for a baby shower. Brick oven pizza was delish. The salad awesome. As far as the pastas I have tasted better. Great place to bring the family and I will bring the boys here on a day where I want to get out of cooking.

As you walk in your greeted by a long bar with a few TVs very nicely positioned. Nice place to watch a game and have a drink with friends. I had the chicken Marsala that was delicious in this deep red wine sauce something a bit difference but I liked it. Overall, worth another trip back.
(4)Irene D.
Got our free appetizer just for checking in. Our waitress was attentive and very sweet. Food was delicious. Kids were stuffed. The value was terrific. Will definitely come back.

High convenience, low standards. Fast food Italian served up by creepy waitresses... About the only positive is the speed of service. You can get in and out of this place in under an hour (which is great if you need to get back to work), Unfortunately, you'll probably have an accident in your trousers on the way back to work because the food quality is so low. Don't eat here. It's gross and the service blows.

I just went to Bertucci's for the first time and I must say, what a pleasant experience! Not only was the salad and bread very tasty, my flat bread was to die for! I can't forget about the service. Nina was polite, humorous, and responsive to our needs. Thanks for a great experience Bertucci's

KEEP DRIVING! As we were walking in the, what appeared to be manager, was firing an employee right by the front door - classy. We walked in and were seated among other tables that were still dirty i.e. not cleared yet after the customers had left - gross. We ordered a peperoni pizza. Once it got to the table and once we started to eat it, it appeared that they deposited approximately 8 pepperoni slices - one on each slice. Our waitress was pleasant (that's the only reason I'm giving this dump 2 stars). Upon leaving the same dirty tables we noticed when we came in were still there dirty. As we were walking out the same manager said to have a good night. I wanted to tell him to clean up his freaking dirty restaruant! GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!

My boyfriend and I both enjoyed a dinner here in September. The bread and accompanying seasoned olive oil sauce is so good!!! I had ravioli, also good, that I took home afterward. We were so stuffed. We ordered mozzarella slices as an appetizer, but I don't think we would get them again. It was 3 slices for approximately $7. Overall excellent experience and I would love to go here again.

This place just screams fake italian. It's like the applebee's of the italian world. The food was under par and the portions were not that big. The pasta felt like it was straight out of the microwave. I went during lunch time and was disappointed with the service. I probably won't be coming back here again anytime soon.

I'm disappointed. I ate at Bertucci's some months ago and it was delicious. I was looking forward to going again and my sister and I were even planning on bringing the family..but yesterday was not what I remember. We went for lunch and my sister, cousin and I had the Chicken Parm. They thought it was just okay, and I thought it was just terrible. The chicken was dry and hard, the cheese looked like it barely melted and the pasta was a little cold with barely any sauce on top. I had to ask for more sauce! And the sauce was pretty much water and tomato chunks. My sister's bf seemed to enjoy his pizza at least, and even though I don't eat beef or pork it did look pretty good. He had the Bertucci Pizza I believe, which had ham, sausage, pepperoni and chicken on it. Lastly, the dessert was VERY good. I had the Chocolate cake and my sister ordered the marscapone cheesecake.

Went in to get a gift certificate, and had no trouble getting in and out.

As far as chains go, Bertucci's is one of the better ones for Italian food. I've always received good service from this Bertucci's, and the food is always good. They normally offer deals to people signed up on their email lists that bring the price down of their entries considerably. Overall, a good place if you're looking for Italian food or pizza and the local spots won't do.
(4)Bleu W.
Waiter seemed good with food allergies and assured us that the pizza did not have any egg in it. Well, he was wrong and the person in our party had an allergic reaction. When we followed up about it we were informed that the pizza we ordered does have egg in it. This was really disappointing to learn about to say the least. This place has so much potential because the pizza is pretty good. The service is the problem- it is usually employs teenage kids which are not the most reliable in the food service industry. In other visits I've seen the kids swinging around the very dusty broom over the salad ingredients off of the kitchen area. A bit disturbing to say the least. You have been warned. Other locations seem to be better run and we haven't had any problems except at this location.
(1)Manny F.
Awesome dinner tonight. That chocolate 5 layered cake really hit the spot. The service wasn't bad either.
(4)John L.
The pluses nice place good service the bad, the pizza caned sauce with no flavor at all frozen cheese with no flavor and sausage with you guessed it no flavor either it is plan to see they use the cheapest products they can buy and it shows. At least the price was low but I would be happy to pay a little more for better pizza and have sorry will not be back.
(2)ELITIA L.
Brick oven pizza served up with free salad and bread/ infused olive oil in an industrial warehouse decorated with old-timey pictures of italians. I haven't really explored the menu too much, but the Neapolitan pizzas are decent. The "Bertucci" has extra cheese and pepperoni, and is for children: Go with the "Classic Margarita", with crushed tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil. It's cheaper, fresher and better (about $17). The staff is looks like it was transplanted from a TGIF's and was not all to skilled with the timing. . . what you expect from a chain. If you really want to test them, walk into the kitchen looking for the men's room, like my associate did.
(4)Douglas L.
Large Ceilings dormered by heating vents and fans up top give no coziness to the eating room. You must leave this for your company. There is nice tile work laid, and stained wood on the walls and along the walkways which really upscales this place, . There are booths and freestanding tables you can sit at. It can pack in approximately 200 People for served lunch at one time during the weekdays and stands in the business area of Hauppauge by Adam's Avenue. Pizza is done in brick oven, and we had the Bertucci's Special with several good toppings. Free salad is included , and they will ask you if you want a second included in the dining experience. I recommend you tip additional $4-5 per salad you get at the table - it is a good thing to do especially if you had good service (and you will). A bonus * You feel real special that the waitress plates your first slice and there are many condiments to add.
(3)George Z.
Although not considered a fine dining place food was delivered just warm. That said it was still tasty and a fair value.
(3)Harry H.
Good pizza, decent atmosphere. Good for lunch takeout.
(4)Alice C.
Their bread is SO delicious. Entrees are good too. I've only had the take out, so I don't know about the service. But, for the price and tastiness, this is definitely on "the list" while I'm on project here in Hauppauge.
(3)Guan-Tai C.
Another one of my favorite lunchtime spots when I was working in Suffolk. The various pizza dishes and the pasta were always delicious. My favorites being the Marengo pizza and whatever seafood pasta they had. That reminds me, they have some of the best mussles I've ever had. Anyway, the service was never slow but we'd rarely be here for less than 35-40 min. They tend to get very busy during lunch so you should get there early.
